Peer Review Process (Double-Blind System)
Overview:

All journals under Rubatosis Global Publications follow a structured double-anonymous peer review model to ensure impartial assessment, academic rigor, and publication integrity across disciplines.

1. Initial Editorial Screening:

Submissions are evaluated for scope alignment, formatting compliance, and baseline scientific quality. Manuscripts not meeting requirements may be declined at this stage.

2. Similarity and Ethical Check:

All manuscripts undergo similarity analysis to verify originality. Cases involving excessive overlap or ethical concerns are subject to rejection or further clarification.

3. Double-Blind Peer Review:

Independent reviewers evaluate submissions while maintaining anonymity on both sides to ensure unbiased and objective assessment.

4. Evaluation Criteria:

Manuscripts are assessed for originality, methodological strength, clarity, analytical depth, and relevance to the journal’s field.

5. Editorial Decision:

Based on reviewer input, decisions may include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Authors must address all comments systematically.

6. Revision and Re-evaluation:

Revised manuscripts may be reassessed by reviewers or editors until all scientific concerns are adequately resolved.

7. Final Acceptance and Publication:

Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and formatting before final publication.

Processing Timeline:

Editorial screening: 1 weeks
Reviewer assignment: 1 week
Peer review: 1–2 weeks
Final decision: 1 week

Publication Ethics and Misconduct:

The publisher adheres to COPE-aligned ethical standards. Allegations of plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate publication, or unethical conduct are investigated thoroughly and may result in rejection, retraction, or institutional notification.

Conflict of Interest:

All contributors must disclose any relationships or interests that could influence the review or interpretation of the manuscript.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy:

AI-assisted tools may be used for language support but must be disclosed. AI cannot be listed as an author, and authors remain accountable for all submitted content.

Data Availability:

Authors are encouraged to provide access to supporting datasets. Data availability statements should clarify how and where data can be accessed.

Confidentiality:

All manuscripts are treated as confidential. Reviewers and editors must not disclose or use unpublished information for personal advantage.

Submission to journals under Rubatosis Global Publications indicates acceptance of this peer review policy and ethical publishing standards.
