Evaluation Criteria – Standards for Manuscript Assessment
Purpose of Evaluation:

Manuscripts submitted to journals under Rubatosis Global Publications are assessed against defined academic and ethical standards to ensure the publication of high-quality, reliable, and impactful research.

1. Originality and Novel Contribution:

The work should present new findings, insights, or perspectives that contribute meaningfully to the existing body of knowledge. Redundant or previously published content is not acceptable.

2. Methodological Soundness:

Research design, experimental procedures, and analytical methods must be appropriate, clearly described, and scientifically valid to support reproducibility.

3. Data Integrity and Analysis:

Data should be accurate, properly analyzed, and presented without manipulation. Statistical or analytical approaches must be suitable and correctly applied.

4. Clarity and Organization:

The manuscript should be logically structured, clearly written, and free from ambiguity. Figures, tables, and references must support the narrative effectively.

5. Relevance to Scope:

Submissions must align with the aims and scope of the journal and demonstrate significance within the relevant academic or professional field.

6. Ethical Compliance:

Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must comply with recognized ethical standards and include appropriate approvals and consent statements.

7. Use of References:

Relevant and recent literature should be appropriately cited. References must be accurate, properly formatted, and contribute to the context of the study.

8. Language and Presentation Quality:

The manuscript should maintain professional academic language. Grammar, syntax, and formatting must meet publication standards.

9. Responsible Use of AI Tools:

Any use of AI-assisted technologies must be disclosed. AI should not compromise originality, data accuracy, or intellectual responsibility.

Editorial decisions are based on these evaluation standards, reviewer recommendations, and the overall contribution of the manuscript to the field.
